Residents create passes
From the Resident app, invite a guest for an afternoon, register a cleaner for weekday mornings, or expect a courier. Each pass gets a short code and a QR, valid only in the window you choose.

Guards validate at the gate
The guard types the code or scans the QR on the Guard app. They see who the visitor is and which house they are going to, then record the entry and later the exit. Visitors without a pass can be logged as walk-ins.

Residents get instant alerts
As soon as the guard records the entry, the resident receives a push notification — or a WhatsApp message if they prefer. Every entry and exit stays in the neighborhood log.
Deliveries and couriers
Know the moment your delivery is inside
Couriers and food delivery riders get their own pass types, so guards know exactly where they are heading and residents know when to step outside.
